Bridge Development Partners LLC on Thursday said Mark Anthony Brewing signed a lease in Phillipsburg at Bridge Point 78 Phase I for 419,460 square feet, which it intends to use for the storage and distribution of White Claw beverages.
It will begin its seven-year lease in May 2020, and is expected to employ approximately 100 employees on-site once fully operational.
Based in Chicago, Mark Anthony Brewing provides product to essential businesses through local distributors across North America. The company is the second major tenant signed at Bridge Point 78, joining global fashion manufacturer Uniqlo, which signed a lease in 2019 to maintain a 975,761-square-foot distribution center at the campus.
Mark Anthony Brewing was represented by Dan Wilkins of Cushman & Wakefield Chicago, and Bridge was represented jointly by CBRE’s Pennsylvania and Northern New Jersey offices as well as Darryl Stephenson of Cushman & Wakefield’s Iselin office.
With easy access to Interstate 78 and Route 22 as well as direct access to the Port of Newark, Bridge Point 78 is strategically located for the shipping and logistics needs of modern industrial tenants.
Construction on Phase II of Bridge Point 78 will begin in Summer 2020 and will encompass 1.65 million square feet across two buildings.
