Wireless connectivity company Silklu announces new CEO

Assa joins Siklu with over 20 years of experience in telecommunications.

“In Siklu, I’ve met an innovative and highly competent team that has consistently delivered cutting-edge millimeter wave wireless solutions that have captured a leading market position,” Assa said. “The opportunity that lies ahead is huge, and I’m honored to join the leadership team in driving the company forward.”

Siklu, which specializes in millimeter wave wireless connectivity, said it hopes Assa’s experience in telecommunications will lead the company in the right direction in the 5G fixed wireless access market, which is seeing faster-than-normal growth.

“We are happy to have Eyal join the team at Siklu,” Adi Gan, board member and general partner at Evergreen Venture Partners, said. “We believe Eyal will accelerate the innovation and execution needed in the face of growing demand for millimeter wave spectrum solutions, and ultimately fuel the company’s success.”

Before joining Siklu, Assa was the vice president of customer business executive and VP of global sales at Amdocs. Assa has also worked at Ceragon and Seabridge.
