Wonder Lofts half sold following October launch

Initial occupancy is set for early next year, but after officially launching sales just last month, a historic former factory in Hoboken has hit the halfway-sold mark.

On Monday, Wonder Lofts shared the news that 50% of its 83 loft-style residences have sold.

Having baked fresh loaves from the 1910s to the 1960s, according to an announcement, Wonder Lofts at 720 Clinton St. was developed by Prism Capital Partners at the historic Wonder Bread Factory in partnership with Parkwood Development and Angelo Gordon. Offering two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom floor plans ranging from 1,200 square feet to 2,700 square feet, each home also includes its own parking space in a secure, onsite garage and up to 1,900 square feet of private outdoor space.

The community stretches across the street, where a newly constructed five-story building offers 15 residences.

Wonder Loft residents will enjoy 14,400 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities ranging from a children’s playroom, full gym and screening room to electric car charging stations and a pet grooming area.

Hoboken-based MVMK Architecture + Design served as project architect at Wonder Lofts; Manhattan-based Workshop/APD served as interior designer; and CORE is the exclusive sales and marketing agent for the property.

Homes are priced from $1.3 million for two-bedroom, $1.66 million for three-bedroom, $2 million for four-bedroom and $3.35 million for five-bedroom units.
