Construction is underway on Woodmont Properties‘ luxury apartment community in Warren County, which will deliver 120 units upon completion.
On Jan. 10, the Fairfield-based national real estate company announced work has started on Woodmont Independence in Independence Township.
With a targeted completion date of Summer 2023, the property coming to the northeast corner of Route 517 and Bilby Road – less than 2 miles from Hackettstown – will offer one-, two- and two-bedroom plus den residences.
“As there continues to be incredibly strong demand for new high-quality rental options throughout the state, especially within the suburbs, we’re excited to move forward on this community,” said Woodmont Executive Vice President and General Counsel Stephen Santola. “Woodmont Independence will provide residents with an outstanding resort-style living experience set within the calm of Independence.”
Situated on 11 acres, amenities will include a fitness and yoga studio, game room and swimming pool. The pet-friendly community also offers access to hiking trails, a bark park and dog run and an indoor pet spa.
Living spaces offer wood-style plank floors, 9-foot ceilings and oversized windows that Woodmont said welcome an abundance of natural light into residences. Kitchens will have stainless steel appliances, contemporary cabinetry and quartz countertops. Residences will also feature walk-in closets, full-size washers and dryers and private patios or balconies.
Working from home will be easy from Woodmont Independence, with private offices, work pods and a coffee room.
