Woodmont Properties announced Monday that its rental apartment community in Metuchen is now open for leasing.The Fairfield-based developer said in a news release that Woodmont Metro at Metuchen Station will include 273 residential rental apartments, as well as shops and more.
“Woodmont Metro features a fantastic selection of indoor and outdoor amenities,” Lewis Zlotnick, president of Woodmont Properties, said in a prepared statement. “This extraordinary community represents luxury as it should be, offering residents a magnificent clubroom, swimming pool, fitness center and a vibrant rooftop terrace, just to name a few.”
Woodmont Metro is located at the corner of Pearl and New Streets, close by the Metuchen train station serving NJ Transit’s Northeast Corridor.
“The interest in Woodmont Metro has been remarkable,” Zlotnick said. “Our leasing professionals are now scheduling appointments and tours from our growing VIP list of more than 1,200 potential residents.”
The project is spearheaded by Woodmont, developer of the apartments and retail segment, and Nexus Parking Systems, builder and operator of a parking deck being added for the Metuchen Municipal Authority.
