Cranbury-based World and Main LLC, a provider of product development, merchandising and distribution solutions, announced Monday several appointments to its executive team.Cranbury-based World and Main LLC, a provider of product development, merchandising and distribution solutions, announced Monday several appointments to its executive team.
The appointments include:
- Ned Finch as chief operating officer;
- Brenda Heffelfinger as chief marketing officer and head of product management;
- Nick Pendrous as chief information officer and general manager, eCommerce.
Finch will be responsible for leading the company’s operations. Prior to World and Main, he spent 20 years at Jarden Corp./Newell Brands. During his time there, he held various leadership roles, including senior vice president, global supply chain and operations. Before Jarden, he was involved in sourcing roles at Nine West Group.
Heffelfinger will be responsible for leading the company’s marketing and product management teams. She has more than 25 years of experience in business and marketing, most recently as a marketing executive for Newell Brands. Before that, Heffelfinger was in a variety of senior roles at DuPont, including global business and market executive for Teflon, Krytox and Nafion brands. She started her career in marketing at Black & Decker. In addition, she held senior marketing roles at Campbell’s Soup Co., Avecia Inc., Dorman Products and Danaher Corp.
Pendrous will be responsible for leading the company’s technology team and various IT initiatives. He is also general manager of World and Main’s eCommerce business. Prior to World and Main, he was chief operating officer for Dotcom Distribution. Before that, he spent 15 years with Rust-Oleum/Zinsser, most recently as vice president of distribution and transportation.
