WWP Inc., a provider of cosmetic packaging components, tubes and full-service turnkey solutions, on Monday named longtime senior-level operations executive Josh Kirschbaum as its new chief executive officer.
Kirschbaum brings an exemplary, decades-long record of advancement and achievement in the consumer goods industry, and takes the helm during a period of accelerated growth for WWP, the company said.
Florham Park-based WWP’s recent acquisitions of Cosmetic Design Group and Design Quest will work in conjunction with Kirschbaum’s talents for strengthening complex operations through initiatives that increase quality, efficiency and customer service. His knowledge will be leaned upon as WWP branches out beyond its traditional packaging roots in ways such as enhancing ecofriendly efforts for manufacturing tubes utilizing sugarcane bio-resin, an all-natural renewable resource in WWP’s first wholly-owned manufacturing facility in China.
Kirschbaum most recently served as an operating partner for investment firm Z Capital Group LLC. He also served as chief operating officer at Nu World Beauty as well as president of Modere, a health/wellness and personal care products supplier.
