Wyndham signs deal with Pronobis for South American airport hotel

Wyndham Hotel Group, part of Parsippany-based Wyndham Worldwide Corporation, announced Tuesday that it has signed a franchise agreement for a South American airport hotel.The Wyndham Quito Airport Gran Condor will be a full-service, 146-room property owned by Pronobis.  It will be the first Wyndham Hotels and Resorts property in Ecuador’s capital city, and the only hotel on the new international airport grounds within the Mariscal Sucre international Airport development.

The hotel is part of an existing deal to develop and franchise eight Wyndham-brand hotels in the country over the next 10 years.

The project is expected to be completed in late 2015.
