Around the State – North JerseyJersey City ISO, a risk research and consulting company, has acquired the assets of Utah-based Xactware, a software and services firm that focuses on the property insurance, remodeling and restoration industries. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Xactware, a privately held company, will remain in Utah and continue serving its customer base throughout the United States and Canada. ÂXactware enhances ISOÂs ability to deliver more comprehensive products and services to our property insurance claims customers, said ISOÂs CEO Frank Coyne.
