Bedminster-based Zelis, a digital health payments company, on Oct. 4 unveiled a refreshed brand and mission statement reflecting its commitment to harmonize the complete payment process for payers, providers and consumers.
The new visual identity and tagline—pay for care, with care—align with its culture, business objectives and expanded offerings to address major recent legislative change.
“Zelis has rapidly evolved since its formation in 2016, and the new brand reflects our company’s growth and that we now touch every step of the payment process in health care,” said Amanda Eisel, Zelis chief executive officer. “More than 700 payers, 1.5 million network providers and millions of members rely on Zelis to transact for health care services, and we’re proud to deliver transparent and efficient payments.”
The launch not only marks a new look for a company that’s been transforming health care for nearly three decades, but also a new and more navigable website. The new identity, with its unique Z graphic application, serves as a visual representation of its culture, business objectives, and expanded offerings coming together, with the member, or health care consumer, in the protected middle. The bright and humanistic brand elements reflect the company’s zeal for changing the way this country pays for care.
This news follows Zelis’ recent announcement to acquire Sapphire Digital, the health care industry’s platform for provider selection, patient access, price transparency, and digital consumer navigation, which strengthens Zelis’ ability to simplify the consumer payment experience with innovative pricing and provider selection tools.
