Edison-based Zimmel Associates on Monday said it orchestrated a $17.5 million sale of two, fully leased industrial buildings in Bridgewater.
Located at 3 and 5 Finderne Ave., the two-building, 204,000-square-foot assemblage on 20 acres was sold by Fin Associates LP. Zimmel Associates, in conjunction with Ten-X, represented by Ian Grusd, marketed the properties.
The seller was represented by Larry Berger.
The buildings feature immediate access to Interstate 287 and Route 22, providing users with proximity to the consumer base and labor pool of northern and central New Jersey. The buyer plans to hold the assets on a long-term basis.
