Advance Realty Investors on Monday said it reached leasing agreements with four tenants at Paramus Crossroads one of the area’s most dynamic and highly-trafficked shopping destinations.
TREK Bikes, Trinity Rehab, Urban Bricks Pizza, and Tacoria Mexican Street Kitchen will all occupy space at the Bergen County retail center on Route 17 in Paramus.
Also announced by Advance on Monday is that Newmark has been tapped as the exclusive leasing team to market the remaining retail space at Paramus Crossroads, which includes 19,500 feet of anchor retail space, and 5,700 square feet in the development’s northernmost building. Approximately 7,000 square feet of second-floor office space is also available.
The Newmark team is comprised of Managing Directors Dean Tselepis and Jeff Kolodkin.
“Despite the challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic, we are extremely pleased to welcome these four exciting retailers to Paramus Crossroads, all of which serve as a testament to the market’s resiliency and the top-tier quality of the space and opportunity at the property,” said Peter Cocoziello, Advance Realty Investors’ founder and CEO.
Trinity Rehab and Urban Bricks Pizza officially opened at the property— Paramus’ first new retail development in more than a decade—in August. TREK Bikes opened its brand-new flagship store at Paramus Crossroads in September, while Tacoria Mexican Street Kitchen expects to open by the end of the year.
The new retailers join tenants Jersey Mike’s Subs and Mamoun’s Falafel, which officially opened at Paramus Crossroads in late 2019. The 108,400-square-foot property is also anchored by PGA Tour Superstore and P.C. Richard & Son, further enhancing the Paramus area’s renowned retail environment.
