Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC) announced it arranged the sale of an industrial building in Roselle for $1,326,000.

The buyer, A Pita Pocket, was represented by Sales Associate Eli Harari while BRC Senior Vice President Jordan Metz and Sales Associate Eric Koons represented the seller, Moshe Katz, in the transaction.

Located at 217 E. Highland Parkway, the asset is an 11,800-square-foot industrial building located near Routes 1-9, the New Jersey Turnpike and the Goethals Bridge to Staten Island.

The property features 20-foot-high ceilings, two drive-in doors, 12 parking spaces, second-floor office space and yard space.
