Denholtz Associates has leased out six office spaces totaling 16,814 square feet at the firm’s newly renovated Class A office building in Bernardsville.Denholtz Associates has leased out six office spaces totaling 16,814 square feet at the firm’s newly renovated Class A office building in Bernardsville.

Denholtz recently completed $500,000 in capital improvements at the two-story, 54,599-square-foot property.

Companies who signed leases include AmWINS Brokerage of New Jersey, Decile.Ten Communications, College Counseling Associates, Multi Media Exposure and Varian Law LLC.

David Zimmel of Zimmel Associates represented Denholtz in the transactions.
