The lineup of food, retail and services at in Millville continues to grow.

In an Aug. 8 press release, property owner announced several new lease signings for the shopping center located along Route 47.

According to the Nyack, N.Y.-based firm, Bath & Body Works will relocate this fall from a nearby center, taking a 4,400-square-foot space previously occupied by The Children’s Place.

Meanwhile, AAA South Jersey will move from its existing 1,500-square-foot inline space at Union Lake into a 1,945-square-foot endcap unit previously occupied by the Pretzel Factory. After the travel agency switches space this fall, Jersey Mike’s Subs expects to begin construction of a new restaurant in the former AAA location, Irgang said.

Irgang also highlighted upcoming openings at Union Lake, including:

  • Rally House, a fast-growing chain that sells licensed gear from pro and college teams. The store will open this month in Marburn Curtains’ former 7,500-square-foot space.
  • Old Navy, which anticipates a fall opening of a 15,000-square-foot space that was previously the remaining portion of a Dick’s sporting goods store.
  • Inspira Health, which is set to open a medical office in September in a 9,127-square-foot endcap unit that was once a Pier 1.

Additionally, Poke Bros. expects to begin construction of a 1,000-square-foot restaurant soon. The brand, which offers customized Hawaiian-style bowls, will join a previously opened Crumbl Cookies in a subdivided space that used to house a 2,400-square-foot Geico office.

With the latest signings, the ratio of space leased at the 393,000-square-foot power center is now 99.4%, up from 72% when Irgang acquired the property in November 2021. Since the firm took over Union Lake, annual shopper visits have climbed 21% from 4.2 million to more than 5.1 million, Irgang said.

In a statement, Irgang Group CEO Mark Irgang said, “This year’s additions of Fun City, Skechers, Rally House, Inspira, Old Navy, Five Guys, Crumbl, Poke Bros. and now, Bath & Body Works and Jersey Mike’s, underscore our successful efforts to broaden the mix of family apparel, personal care products, food, entertainment and healthcare at Union Lake Crossing. The upcoming openings are certain to continue the strong uptick in shopper traffic our tenants have experienced.”
