Zimmel Associates said April 22 that it leased a total of 21,783 square feet of space to three separate tenants at 150 Tornillo Way in Tinton Falls while the building is under construction by Red Bank-based Denholtz Properties.
“When we sold Denholtz the land, we had the idea that he would build flex, which is his strong suit for construction,” says Jaime Zimmel. “They own a lot of flex, so we were very confident that the building would be ready very quickly.”
The three tenants include Royal K Supply & Warehouse Inc., occupying 7,273 square feet; Trident Computer Resources Inc., occupying 9,510 square feet; and Fertile Globe Inc. occupying 5,000 square feet.
In addition to easy access to the Garden State Parkway, Route 18 and Route 33, this new space has 22-foot clear ceiling height and drive-in loading, and is embellished with Nichiha Fiber Panels, aluminum storefronts and porcelain tiles.
“A 4,700 square foot unit and 2,400 square foot unit are available,” says Zimmel. “Both units are receiving a great deal of activity due to the high demand for flex space, especially in this desirable location.”
