Avison Young said on July 26 that the firm’s New Jersey office arranged two new leases at Bridgewater Crossing, a class-A corporate office park located at 200-400 Crossing Blvd. in Bridgewater Township.

LED lighting system provider Signify North America signed a 28,815-square-foot lease for a new headquarters space on the sixth floor of 400 Crossing Blvd. and medical technology company ConvaTec Group signed a 17,800-square-foot lease for the first floor of 200 Crossing Blvd. where it will relocate its New Jersey office.

Avison Young Principal William McCaffrey and Evan Bernard, an associate in the firm’s New Jersey office, represented the landlord as the exclusive leasing agents for the property. Remy DeVarenne at CBRE represented ConvaTec and Dan Spero at JLL represented Signify in the negotiations.

Signify and ConvaTec’s new leases bring the property’s occupancy level to approximately 97.5%.

Bridgewater Crossing spans over 600,000 square feet and earned an Energy Star rating and BOMA TOBY Award for Best Suburban Office Park in the Mid-Rise Suburban category in 2019 for its premium quality construction, top tier finishes and sustainable efforts.

Having recently undergone a series of capital improvements, Bridgewater Crossing offers a series of first-class amenities, including a full-service cafeteria, café, fitness center, conference facilities ATM, on-site helipad and on-site security. The property also includes 515 surface parking spaces in addition to 200 covered parking spaces.

Bridgewater Crossing provides direct access to Interstates 287 and 78 and Routes 22 and 206 and neighbors Bridgewater Commons Mall, Village at Bridgewater Lifestyle Center and the Marriott Hotel. The property offers bus services to the Somerville train station and NY Port Authority with Newark Liberty International airport a short 30-minute drive away.

Tenants at the property include Brother International, Amneal Pharmaceuticals and Harding Lovener LP.
