CBRE arranges long-term office leases at Hackensack’s Continental Plaza

CBRE said Oct. 12 that it completed two long-term lease transactions at Continental Plaza, a 648,000-square-foot, three-building office complex located in Hackensack.

Bergen Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery signed a new 15-year lease while Garfunkel Wild PC relocated and expanded its office space for an additional 10 years. The CBRE team of Donald Sperling and Erin Wenzler spearheaded the leasing campaign at the office complex and represented the ownership, Lionstone Capital.

“Recently renovated and updated to meet the current demands of office users, Continental Plaza is one of the most modern and well-recognized office properties in Central Bergen County,” said Wenzler. “The leases signed by Garfunkel and Bergen Oral speak to the property’s continued allure to a wide range of tenants ready to make long-term commitments at the complex.”

Continental Plaza, which consists of three office buildings and a restaurant, offers occupants a unique tenant experience through on-site amenities including a fitness center, conference center with individual breakout rooms, tenant lounge, a full-service cafeteria, covered parking and electric car chargers.

The building’s location in Central Bergen County, adjacent to two institutionally owned retail centers and minutes from a multitude of major highways, enhances the offering to tenants.
