Coldwell Banker Realty marks next stage of luxury rebrand: Project North Star

As part of the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury international rebrand, Coldwell Banker Realty in New Jersey and Rockland County, N.Y., on Wednesday unveiled a new look and logo for its luxury marketing program.

The refresh marks the next stage of “Project North Star,” Coldwell Banker Real Estate’s multi-year transparent rebrand for what the company says will create a unified voice in reaching both mainstream and affluent customers, and establishes a modern logo for a mobile, social and digital marketing environment.

After conducting surveys of three potential logos in the top four countries for the program: Spain, France, Italy and the United States, as well as conducting numerous focus groups comprised of group interviews, anonymous surveys and one-on-one sessions with Luxury Brand Ambassadors across 10 countries, the new look was decided.

Coldwell Banker says this rebrand will be eye-catching in New Jersey and the New York City metro area and truly shows the brand as a leader in delivering excellence, performance and refinement.

Coldwell Banker affiliated companies, and their 2,800 offices worldwide, are expected to fully rebrand over the course of the next two years.
