Colliers secured a 10-year office lease for Alembic Pharmaceuticals, an India-based company that manufactures and markets generic pharmaceutical products all over the world, according to an Oct. 14 announcement.

A team made up of Colliers Executive Managing Directors Sam Horowitz and Chris Hovanec as well as Associate Director Jack Callahan and Associate Ray Iodice represented the landlord, Northeast Capital Group, and secured the long-term lease at The Offices at Bedminster.

Alembic Pharmaceuticals will occupy about 7,300 square feet of space at 550 Hills Drive in Bedminster. Moving into the new location will help the century-old global pharmaceutical company prepare for further expansion across the United States.

The Class-A property recently underwent significant renovations, including an upgraded lobby and new fitness center.

Colliers was appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for the property by Northeast Capital Group in August 2020, due to its deep knowledge of the New Jersey market and proven track record of creating value for both new and existing tenants in the area. The firm is actively leasing 14,000 square feet of updated, available office space at The Offices at Bedminster between 500 and 550 Hills Drive.

The Offices at Bedminster is strategically situated near Intersections 78 and 287, providing easy access to New York and the surrounding areas, and offering access to nearby amenities, including a shopping center, lodging options and restaurants.
