Colliers said Oct. 12 it was appointed the exclusive leasing agent for 7 Becker Farm Road, a four-story, Class-A office property in Roseland.
A Colliers team made up of Senior Managing Director James Bailey, Executive Managing Director Bryn Cinque and Associate Broker Stephen Graziano was tapped by ownership to handle the assignment.
The 89,960-square-foot office property offers efficient, flexible floor plates and a variety of on-site amenities, including a fitness center with locker rooms, a full-service cafeteria, an outdoor seating area, a state-of-the-art conference room and generator.
7 Becker Farm Road also recently underwent a significant capital improvement program, including more than half a million dollars worth of renovations to its lobby and lounge area as well as LED upgrades.
“We saw in the third quarter of this year that New Jersey’s office market has exhibited early signs of a recovery as employers make decisions about a return to the office,” said Bailey. “We believe that 7 Becker Farm Road provides one the most affordable alternatives to the New York City office market, as the building enjoys close proximity to major highways, while also providing its workforce a wide range of amenities and flexible floor plates.”
7 Becker Farm Road is located in a prestigious corporate park at a four-way interchange of Interstate 280 and Livingston Avenue. The building’s location provides convenient access to the Garden State Parkway, the New Jersey Turnpike, Route 80 East and Route 46 and is just a 30-minute drive to both New York City as well Newark Liberty International Airport.
