First National Realty Partners (FNRP) acquired Westwood Shopping Center in Fayetteville, N.C. and Summerdale Plaza in Nola, Pa. The company issued separate announcements about the acquisitions on Dec. 23.
Westwood Shopping Center is a 307,456-square-foot shopping center that is 93% occupied and features a 31,240-square-foot Food Lion. Summerdale Plaza is a 141,451-square-foot shopping center that is 85% occupied and features a Rite Aid, AutoZone, Dollar Tree, and brand-new Tractor Supply.
The properties add to FNRP’s growing nationwide portfolio of real estate assets.

“We are thrilled to acquire Westwood Shopping Center and add another property in North Carolina,” said Matt Annibale, senior director of acquisitions at First National Realty Partners. “This is the premier center and go-to retail destination in this market.”
Of Summerdale, Annibale said, “The remaining vacancy in the center provides meaningful upside for our investors. The property also includes one of the top Pennsylvania Department of Transportation locations in the state, which helps drive traffic to the center.”
Westwood’s seller was represented by Rob Carter, Alex McDonald and Morgan Hall of Berkeley Capital Advisors. Summerdale’s seller was represented by Brad Nathanson of Institutional Property Advisors.
