IVI RMA North America completed the acquisition of three Southern California-based fertility clinics from Global Premier Fertility, the Basking Ridge-based health care provider announced Jan. 6.
Reproductive Health and Wellness Center, Rise Fertility and Halo Fertility will integrate into IVI RMA’s network this month.
The provider did not diclose financial terms of the deal.
“All three of these organizations are recognized for their outstanding clinical outcomes, research orientation, use of the latest assisted reproduction technologies, personalized treatment approaches, and innovative care – and we are thrilled to welcome them to the IVI RMA family,” IVI RMA North America CEO Lynn Mason said in a statement.
IVI RMA’s clinics have helped women achieve pregnancies leading to the birth of over 220,000 babies, to date.
The acquisition adds 30 doctors and additional employees to IVI RMA’s team. It also expands the company’s presence throughout Southern California. IVI RMA operates more than 190 clinics in 14 countries, supported by more than 4,400 professionals.

A year ago, IVI RMA completed its acquisition of the North American operations of Eugin Group. That move consisted of the Boston IVF fertility network and Toronto-based TRIO. It added more than 600 employees across 13 labs and 32 satellite offices.
