Design/build construction firm J.G. Petrucci Co. Inc. of Asbury, recently delivered and sold a facility in Branchburg to Lollicup USA Inc., a leading manufacturer and distributor of hospitality and food-service products, and the largest supplier of bubble tea and coffee in the United States.

Located at 140 Meister Ave., the new 187,500-square-foot Class-A industrial building was designed by Cerminara Architect and constructed by J.G. Petrucci’s in-house construction firm – Iron Hill Construction Management Co.

“It’s the newest and largest industrial building in the town, and we have already started shipping from this location,” said Lollicup’s Chief Executive Officer Alan Yu in a prepared statement.

Situated on 18.4 acres, the recently completed build-to-suit facility will provide distribution and office space and features 31 fully equipped loading docks, two drive-in doors, 36-foot clear height, as well as ample trailer and vehicle parking.

The Branchburg location provides easy access to major highways including Route 22, Interstates 287, and 78, and is approximately 45 miles west of New York City. The strategic location will support Lollicup’s growth while facilitating further demand for its products.
