Larken Associates said Oct. 5 it negotiated a lease with speakers bureau Leigh Bureau for 1,303 square feet of office space at Campus View Plaza in Branchburg.

Founded in 1929, the Leigh Bureau is a premium speakers bureau serving business and sophisticated cultural audiences worldwide. In its search for a new United States headquarters, the company recognized that Campus View Plaza’s location and adaptability made it an ideal new home for its business. The lease also brings the building to full occupancy.

Located at 1250 Route 28, directly across from Raritan Valley Community College, Campus View Plaza is a three-story, 33,430-square-foot professional office building that also serves as the headquarters for Larken. Its location affords tenants easy access to Somerset County and beyond via nearby Routes 22, 31, 202, 206 and Interstates 78 and 287
