MCCC, Rider add majors eligible for transfer

Mercer County Community College and Rider University signed an agreement Thursday that adds majors to an existing transfer agreement between the two institutions.Mercer County Community College and Rider University signed an agreement Thursday that adds majors to an existing transfer agreement between the two institutions.

The new majors are in computer science, exercise science, public health, physical therapy, a certificate of proficiency in medical office assistant, a certificate of proficiency in medical laboratory technician, business analytics, economics, international business, entrepreneurial studies, human resources management, management and leadership, marketing and organizational psychology.

This brings the total number of agreements between Mercer and Rider to 46, allowing qualifying Mercer students to transfer to Rider as a junior. In addition, Rider will offer Mercer students a free class in their major on the Rider campus.
