Ulta Beauty, the nation’s largest beauty retailer, will join the tenant roster at St. Georges Crossing in Woodbridge, Levin Management Corp. (LMC) announced May 25.
Ulta Beauty will open a 10,000-square-foot location at the Middlesex County shopping center, well-located at the intersection of heavily traveled Routes 1, 9 and 35.
The 343,000-square-foot property, which serves a residential population of nearly 135,000 people within a 3-mile radius, is managed and leased by LMC.
Anchored by a ShopRite, St. Georges Crossing’s high-profile retail, restaurant and service tenants also include a recently opened Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen restaurant, along with P.C. Richard & Son, T.J.Maxx, Comcast Xfinity, West Marine, Blu Alehouse, PetSmart, AutoZone, Verizon Wireless, House of Wine & Liquor, European Wax Center, Visionworks, Taco Bell and GameStop, among others.
LMC Leasing Representative E.J. Moawad represented St. Georges Crossing in negotiating the Ulta Beauty lease; David Szabo of BKR Retail Services represented the tenant.
“We couldn’t be more pleased to add Ulta Beauty as another high-quality national tenant at St. Georges Crossing,” said Moawad, adding that Ulta will occupy the former Pier 1 Imports space at the property. “As a top retailer, Ulta Beauty is targeting exceptional sites to expand its growing footprint. St. Georges Crossing’s strong tenant mix was a key factor in attracting the retailer to the property. In turn, this terrific traffic driver complements our in-place retail mix and is sure to see great success at this location.”
