Office property Princeton Point is attracting tenants. Cushman & Wakefield announced arranging five new leases at the two-building complex June 3.
The latest agreements for 600 and 650 College Road E. in Princeton cover more than 60,000 square feet, according to the real estate services firm.
Executive Managing Directors Todd Elfand and Kevin Carton represented the landlord, Nuveen Real Estate, in the transactions:
The company signed on for 35,000 square feet last September. The expansion brings its new footprint to approximately 60,000 square feet. Cushman & Wakefield Executive Director Shawn Straka represented the tenant.
CBRE represented the international biotechnology company.
CBRE represented the trade credit insurer.
Newmark represented the health care technology company.
CushWake did not disclose tenant representation.
In a statement, Elfand expressed excitement about welcoming the new and expanding tenants. “Nuveen’s commitment to strategic property renovations, active amenities and ESG initiatives underlines the quality of ownership, ensuring Princeton Point is more than just a workplace, but an ecosystem designed for an experience of excellence,” he commented. “With solid financial backing and state-of-the-art amenities, Princeton Point is positioned as a premier destination for discerning employers in search of a workplace that truly stands apart.”
Princeton University’s 2,000-acre master-planned business and research campus houses the Class A buildings. The property offers immediate access to Route 1 and downtown Princeton in Mercer County. Nearby perks include the Princeton Junction Commuter Rail as well as retail, restaurant and hotel options at Forrestal Center.
Nuveen embarked on a redesign of Princeton Point in 2021.
New features include updated building entrances, an on-site Tenant Experience Manager, conference center and courtyard with outdoor private seating. Additionally, CushWake noted honeybees as well as on-site electric vehicle charging stations.
“We are delighted to announce our recent leasing success, a testament to our commitment to top-tier amenities and white glove service,” commented Nuveen Senior Associate Nelly Othman. “Our focus on tenant needs continues to drive innovation and excellence in our approach.”
