Rider University‘s student-run radio station is once again getting national recognition for its outstanding work.
For the fifth time in six years, 107.7 The Bronc received a nomination for College Station of the Year by the National Association of Broadcasters at the 2025 NAB Marconi Radio Awards. It marks the highest recognition in the broadcast industry that honors radio stations and on-air personalities for excellence in radio.
The Bronc is one of just five collegiate stations nominated for the award. The Marconi Radio Awards ceremony will reveal winners Oct. 21 in New York City.
This recognition is just the latest for 107.7 The Bronc. The Princeton Review recently named it the No. 18 best college radio station in the nation. Additionally, in May, the station earned two Intercollegiate Broadcasting System (IBS) Media Awards.
In an Aug. 25 press release, station General Manager John Mozes said this most recent national recognition caps off what’s been a strong year for 107.7 The Bronc and its passionate group of content creators.
Mozes said, “The students’ unbreakable spirit and impenetrable belief in how the radio station not only produces content, but also how that content impacts the student experience here at Rider University is probably the biggest reason we are able to continually provide high quality, creative content for both the campus community and everyone who tunes into The Bronc.”
