Parsippany-based Solix Inc., a provider of program and process management, regulatory compliance and customer care services, announced Wednesday it has acquired Sivic Solutions Group LLC.Parsippany-based Solix Inc., a provider of program and process management, regulatory compliance and customer care services, announced Wednesday it has acquired Sivic Solutions Group LLC.

SSG, headquartered in Utica, New York, is a consulting, process management and system services company to the health industry.

SSG will be a wholly-owned subsidiary of Solix and will continue to be based in Utica.
