Jersey City’s transformative apartment complex in the historic Journal Square neighborhood just surpassed the five-month lease-up mark for its 704-unit second tower, and broke ground on the project’s third and final building—a 60-story high-rise comprising 600 rental residences.

All 704 luxury apartment units in the 68-story tower have been signed for since it opened in May. The milestone follows the successful lease-up of the project’s first phase, a 53-story building with 538 residences. The third tower complex is scheduled to break ground this fall.
