Lyndhurst-based Team Resources announced Greg Sholom and David Cantor completed a long term lease renewal for 79,000 square feet at 30 Enterprise Ave. in Secaucus to American Furniture Rentals.
“The Secaucus location provides easy highway access to NYC and the entire metropolitan area,” said Sholom, “and they’ve been able to capitalize on the retail outlet reputation of Secaucus to sell overflow merchandise as well.”
Team Resources represented the landlord in this transaction while Rob Steinhart and Mike Markey of Colliers International represented the tenant.
Separately, the Cantor and Sholom team also completed the sale of an 18,345-square-foot warehouse for $3.35 million at 135 Grand St. in Carlstadt to an investment client who specializes in purchasing commercial and industrial buildings in the metropolitan area.
The one-story structure sits on 2.4 acres of land and features four drive-in doors and a ceiling height of 24 feet with wide column spacing.
“Team Resources will be marketing a section containing 8,631 square feet,” said Cantor.
Team Resources represented both the seller and purchaser in this transaction.
Finally, Eric Lewin and Sholom, along with Cantor leased 25,000 square feet at 265 W. Commercial Ave. in Moonachie to Compass Logistics International Inc., an international company specializing in logistics solutions for customers looking to tap into new markets overseas.
Team Resources represented the landlord in this transaction, while Pantheon Properties represented the tenant.
