Big Kahuna’s Water Park in West Berlin is offering teachers, health care workers, military and first responders free admission on select days.
“These frontline workers have been through it all over the last few years,” says Tim Murphy, CEO of Boomers Parks, which operates Big Kahuna’s. “We hope that Big Kahuna’s can help lighten the load for these valuable members of our society and create some special memories for their families.”
Big Kahuna’s is an island-themed water park, with a 60,000-square-foot indoor water park under a retractable roof and an outdoor water park that includes a wave pool, leisure pool, cabanas and a tiki bar.
Big Kahuna’s will provide free admission to teachers, military, first responders and health care workers from Aug. 1 to Sept. 25. Each applicable guest will be able to get up to six discounted tickets for their friends and family.
Teachers, military, first responders and health care workers should bring a work ID, with a photo on it or accompanied by a photo ID, or recent pay stub with them to the park for day-of admission.
