Greg Krauss and Julie Tattoni have been promoted to partner in Windels Marx Lane & Mittendorf LLP’s New Brunswick office.
Krauss has spent the last 11 years at Windels Marx representing issuers in private and public offerings of debt and equity securities, acquirers and sellers of businesses, and financial institutions in connection with bank regulatory matters. His practice also focuses on representing middle-market lenders in transactions, and he provides guidance on business matters such as formation, employment, contract drafting and review, regulatory issues under both state and federal securities laws, and business dissolution.
For nearly three decades, Tattoni has counseled businesses, municipalities, developers and private schools regarding compliance with complex state regulations, insurance matters, employment practices liability and governmental relations.
She joined Windels Marx in January 2001 after an 11-year tenure at Jamieson Moore Peskin & Spicer PC.
Tattoni represents insurance companies, developers and redevelopers, businesses seeking to expand in New Jersey, as well as redevelopers in matters before the New Jersey Economic Development Authority regarding tax incentives and tax credits that promote economic growth and development. Her insurance practice includes insurance company mergers, acquisitions and inter-company agreements, and litigation management and regulatory compliance for municipal joint insurance funds.
