Wolf Commercial Real Estate adds EVP to help lead firm’s growth

Marlton-based Wolf Commercial Real Estate (WCRE) said Sept. 15 that Evan Zweben was brought on as executive vice president to help lead the firm’s growth in New Jersey.

Joining recent hire and fellow industry veteran Todd Monahan, the addition of Zweben, who himself arrives with an 18-year proven track record and leadership skills, continues WCRE’s commitment to current and future clients.

“Adding Evan to our evolving team is going to provide a huge boost for both our current and future plans. His vast industry experience and knowledge of the Southern New Jersey real estate market is a perfect match for WCRE, and we could not be happier to have Evan join our team”, said Jason Wolf, managing principal at WCRE.

Zweben’s new role comes amid WCRE’s continuing expansion in the region, adding numerous brokers and increasing its activity in southern New Jersey and  southeastern Pennsylvania.

“Evan’s guidance and leadership skills will play a key role in managing our regional growth, meeting our client expectations, and recruiting new talent, especially as our CORFAC International alliance continues to open up new business opportunities throughout the region,” Wolf added.

Zweben spent the past 17 plus years with Colliers International, where he was a senior managing director and a member of its national health care platform, Fellow Besides his health care real estate work, he has been a successful agency broker. He prides himself on being a problem solver, creating the necessary solutions to help his clients achieve their goals.
