World Insurance unveils division for high-net-worth clients

Iselin-based World Insurance Associates LLC, which makes headlines for its frequent insurance company acquisitions, made a different kind of announcement Oct. 4: the launch of the World Private Client Group within its personal lines business. 

The new group will cater to high-net-worth clients and will tailor private risk management programs designed to protect their assets, reputation and future. 

Jim Hickey, WIA’s head of personal lines, said although the company has served this type of client “for some time,” the new group allows the firm to offer them more services. 

To help build out the new practice, WIA named Christopher “CJ” Giuditta as vice president, senior advisor of WPCG. He brings more than two decades of insurance experience with high-net-worth clients, the company said. He previously held leadership roles at NFP PCG, EPIC and Signum Private Clients. 

“I’m delighted to join World’s new private client group and look forward to helping develop the practice,” Giuditta said in a statement. “This is a tremendous opportunity to help our clients as World continues to build out its overall offering.” 

WIA provides personal and commercial insurance, employee and executive benefits, retirement and financial services and human capital management solutions. Since its founding in 2011, the firm has completed 162 acquisitions and serves customers from more than 250 offices across the U.S.
