He founded Scarinci Hollenbeck in 1988 and has since been its firmwide managing partner, overseeing more than 60 attorneys in New Jersey, New York, and Washington, D.C. A prominent voice in constitutional law since the 1980s, he also edits the award-winning Constitutional Law Reporter.
