Winne Banta Basralian & Kahn PC is strengthening its trusts and estates practice with two attorneys focused on elder law and special needs planning services.

In a Aug. 5 press release, the Hackensack-based law firm announced the arrival of Power Law Firm LLP members Christine Raba and Jinhee Bae as principals.

Also located in Hackensack, Power Law Firm concentrated its practice on trusts, estates and elder law. Bae and Raba focused on tax-efficient family wealth transfers, asset protection and special needs planning.

Besides strengthening Winne Banta’s capabilities in those areas, the firm believes the new additions complement its established tax and trust & trust and estate practices. Following the addition, it says current and future clients “now have a single destination for estate planning, trust and estate administration, elder law, special needs planning, and asset protection.”

Founded in 1922, Winne Banta is a full-service law firm specializing in areas like corporate law, litigation, real estate, banking, finance, tax, trusts & estates, family law and intellectual property. It has nearly 40 attorneys spread across its offices in Hackensack, New York City and Boca Raton.

According to Winne Banta, Raba and Bae will bring along their team from Power Law Firm. It was not immediately clear how many staffers will join them.
