Bergman RE debuts Jefferson Exchange’s $2M renovation project

Iselin-based Bergman Real Estate Group, in partnership with Time Equities Inc., on Tuesday unveiled recently completed renovations and improvements at Jefferson Exchange, a 172,000-square-foot, two-building office complex located at 100-110 S. Jefferson Road in Whippany.

Jefferson Exchange underwent a major capital improvement program to the tune of $2 million to renovate the common areas, both inside and out, as well as adding new amenities and services. The interior renovations include lobby, corridor, restroom and cafe refurbishments, and the addition of a new side entrance lobby at Building 100 South Jefferson.

The highlight of improvements made to the property is the creatively designed amenity space known as The Quad at Jefferson Exchange, offering a state-of-the-art conference and training room, and fully furnished coworking offices. Another new amenity is a fully-equipped fitness center.

Jefferson Exchange provides convenient access to Routes 24, 10, 46, 202, and Interstates 287, 78  and 80. It’s located close to hotels, banks, shopping, and minutes from the heart of downtown Morristown.
