Prompted by a long-term tenant’s need for more space, Bussel Realty Corp. recently secured three industrial leases in Middlesex County.
On Aug. 21, the Edison industrial/retail real estate services firm announced its Metz Industrial Group arranged transactions covering more than 72,000 square feet across two properties in Carteret and Cranbury.
Setting off the chain reaction was Commercial Fitness Concepts‘ need for more space. According to MIG, after two years of growth at 1001 Roosevelt Ave. in Carteret the group arranged the tenant’s relocation to a 43,300-square-foot warehouse unit with higher ceilings at 115 Melrich Road in Cranbury.
With CFC’s old space available, MIG was able to sublease the 19,276-square-foot industrial property to another client within its portfolio – Earth Relocation Services – that also sought to expand its footprint. The moving and storage company was previously located in a smaller unit at the property.
Finishing up the trifecta, Victory Home Remodeling signed on to occupy the 10,000-square-foot space vacated by Earth Relocation Services at 1001 Roosevelt Ave.
MIG Senior Vice President Jordan Metz and BRC Sales Associate Benito Abbate represented the tenants and the landlord of 1001 Roosevelt Ave., Seagis Property Group, in these transactions. According to BRC, Victory Home Remodeling was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.
