Celeb-favorited Alo Yoga opens 1st NJ store

Alo Yoga, a Los Angeles-based activewear brand, is making its New Jersey debut at Westfield Garden State Plaza in Paramus.

Located on Level 2, near Macy’s, Alo – which is an acronym for air, land and ocean – officially opened its doors at the Paramus shopping mall May 26.

A premium lifestyle brand with a mission to inspire wellness and mindful movement and create community, Alo Yoga is a 100% sweatshop-free, eco-aware company. Its performance-engineered fitness essentials are favorited by yogis as well as celebrities, such as Taylor Swift, Kendall Jenner and Hailey Bieber.

In addition to its e-commerce site, Alo Yoga has brick-and-mortar stores in New York, California, Arizona, Florida and Texas.

Wesley Rebisz, Westfield Garden State Plaza senior general manager, said, “For years the mall has been a premier destination for shopping and dining. As we continue to expand experiential offerings for our guests, we are excited to introduce new and exciting retail destinations including options that foster the opportunity for individuals to advance their health and wellness goals.”

Alo Yoga is open 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 10 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
