The latest renewal secured at a South Hackensack industrial property keeps the 57,225-square-foot building fully occupied.

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises Inc. announced Dec. 20 it re-signed I-FE Apparel Inc. for 36,165 square feet of space at 10/12 Horizon Blvd. in South Hackensack.

Vice President of Leasing and Marketing Stephen Jennings represented Alfred Sanzari in the transaction, which, the firm said, marks the continuation of a 19-year relationship with the tenant.

Founded in 1994, the company operates under the PJ Mark and Bleeker & Mercer clothing and apparel brands.

The single-story building is located less than a mile from Teterboro Airport and a little bit more than 15 miles from Port Newark – placing it in the heart of the Meadowlands with easy access to the New Jersey Turnpike, Routes 3 and 46, and Interstate 80.
