Commercial real estate firm Cresa has announced James Scancarella, Dennis Gralla and Jonathan Marks will be the new managing principals for its Meadowlands office. The firm also announced it will look for an additional location in the state.

“Our clients are looking to us to expand our platform in New Jersey, and that necessitated a senior management change,” Cresa CEO Jim Underhill said. “With our new leadership, we are now ready to go to the next level.”

Both Scancarella and Gralla have more than 20 years of experience with Cresa.

“They (Scancarella and Gralla) personify Cresa’s values, and I know they will attract staff that will mirror their character and be driven to succeed,” Underhill said.

The firm also announced it expected an increase in revenue growth and staffing. Cresa serves 21 submarkets between New York City and Princeton.

“We’re looking for professionals who share the cultural and philosophical values that Jim and I hold dear, and that starts with providing nonbiased representation that traditional firms with a dual-agency approach can’t match,” Gralla said.

Cresa specializes in tenant-only commercial real estate representation. The firm maintains 60 offices worldwide.
