Om Life Living will join the downtown Plainsboro lineup, following its purchase of a retail condo space within an open-air mixed-used town center development.
Located at 5 Schalks Crossing Road within Plainsboro Village Center, the 4,839-square-foot space fetched $1.23 million, according to an Aug. 8 announcement from Fennelly Associates.
Matt Fennelly of the independent full-service commercial real estate service provider represented the buyer, OM Life Space LLC. The company has served as exclusive brokerage for the office and medical markets at the property since 2010. Pierson Commercial Real Estate Executive Vice President Gregg Medvin represented the seller, Sharbell Cranbury Inc.

The 144,000-square-foot center features retail, medical and office space. The location is walking distance to the Princeton Junction NJ Transit station. Additional access is convenient via Routes 1 and 130 and Exit 8A of the New Jersey Turnpike.

Fennelly and Om Life Living owner Janice Liou began scouting Central Jersey locations in 2022. In late 2023 to early 2024, Fennelly was able to procure an off-market property at Plainsboro Village Center.
“I’ve been looking to open a studio in the Princeton area since 2022, scouting countless locations and recalculating business plans throughout the process,” commented Liou. “With the help of Matt and the team at Fennelly Associates, I can finally say that I’ve secured the perfect location that checks all the boxes.”
Fennelly Associates also secured three new leases for the property:
“Plainsboro Village Center’s strategic location and unique flexibility make it an ideal home for nearly any business,” commented Fennelly. “Over the last 14 years, we have been honored to help attract in-demand businesses and organizations to this property and are excited to continue to work closely with them to further drive occupancy.”
Last month, Fennelly Associates revealed more activity in Mercer County.
The firm negotiated the sale of a 7,500-square-foot mixed-used building located at 2670 Nottingham Way in Hamilton for $1 million.
Fennelly Associates President Jerry Fennelly and Patrick Dintrone represented the undisclosed owner in the transaction with the buyer, Comfort Keepers.
Comprised of retail, office and warehouse space, the property is located near to Interstate 295. Additionally, it features:
“The central New Jersey market continues to see increasing demand from users across the healthcare and human services industries,” said Fennelly. “We are happy to have connected our client with a buyer who will make a positive impact on the lives of residents in Hamilton and surrounding communities, and we wish Comfort Keepers all the best with their new location.”
