Duke acquired the facility last year as part of a 3.1 million-square-foot portfolio that includes six buildings and two development sites.

Joseph Nitti with Commercial Real Estate Partners LLC represented Metropolitan while Duke was represented by Ben Rosen and Caitlin English and CBRE’s Thomas Monahan, Stephen D’Amato and Larry Schiffenhaus.

ePort 960 is one of three new industrial buildings known as the ePort Logistics Center that Duke Realty owns in Perth Amboy.
