Based in Omaha, EAD now has four offices across the U.S. with the recent opening of its newest location in New Jersey.

The engineering consulting and project management services organization announced its Parsippany office Sept. 6, which will offer EAD’s complete list of services.

Sally White will serve as the first managing director of EAD‘s Parsippany location.

“We’re committed to our clients in all areas of our business and saw this as a perfect opportunity to locate our full suite of services in a key area for our current and future clients,” CEO Stephen Lichter said in a statement. “The expansion aligns with EAD’s plan to expand its footprint and increase operational efficiencies, providing clients with a more local experience that drives down their costs.”

Lichter added that EAD plans to onboard additional professionals at the Parsippany office immediately.

And the choice of New Jersey for the office isn’t a fluke. According to EAD, the company conducted extensive research – including looking at other locations – before landing on Parsippany. Its criteria was weighted with a focus on what potential locations offered in terms of opportunity to scale, local talent, proximity to educational institutions, potential for future client investments, and quality of life for its employees.

White’s background is in the manufacturing industry. According to EAD, over her career she has executed more than $3.4 billion in projects throughout her work in that sector. Most recently, she served as senior director of business development and operations for NJMEP.

“This expansion is an expression of gratitude for the trust our clients grant us and a symbol of the dedication and passion with which EAD is driving advancement in the U.S.” said White, a dual citizen of the U.S. and U.K.

The company said it plans to add multiple regional offices before the end of 2023.
