Guillemain promoted to partner at Grassi
Keith Guillemain is a partner at Grassi and has more than 30 years of experience in public accounting, tax planning and compliance, business valuations and consulting.
Guillemain advises family-owned and closely held businesses in the professional services, retail and real estate industries. He provides strategic tax, accounting and advisory services to help them reach their financial and business objectives.
Guillemain is a Certified Valuation Analyst and specializes in helping business owners understand their company’s full worth for purposes of M&A transactions, estate planning and gifting, litigation matters and more. He also has extensive experience consulting businesses on state unemployment insurance (SUI).
Prior to joining Grassi, Guillemain was a director at Gramkow, Carnevale, Seifert, & Co. LLC, a predecessor firm. He has a diverse range of experience working in both public and private accounting and is the past owner of a SUI consulting firm.
Guillemain is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of New Jersey. He is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA) and National Association of Certified Valuation & Analysts (NACVA).
Guillemain earned his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Rutgers University and his Master of Science degree in taxation from Farleigh Dickinson University. He gives back to his community as a youth sports coach.
