Faegre Drinker launches nationally, with some NJ-based leaders

Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP launched Monday, a result of a merger announced in December between international law firm Faegre Baker Daniels and national firm Drinker Biddle & Reath.

The firm, headquartered in Wilmington, Del., has 22 offices including locations in Florham Park and Princeton. It is now one of the nation’s 50 largest law firms, with two members of its 18 person board based in Florham Park.

Partner Edward Gramigna Jr. is a trusts and estates attorney and partner Sandra Dawn Grannum focuses on regulatory compliance and business and securities litigation.

Judith Reich, a finance attorney based in Princeton, is a member of the firm’s eight-person executive leadership team.

Two practice leaders are based in New Jersey offices. Partner James Fischer is co-leader in Faegre Drinker’s corporate law practice and Partner Lisa Presser leads the firm’s private client practice. They are out of the Florham Park and Princeton offices, respectively.

Partner Andrew Joseph, a business litigation and class action attorney, leads the Florham Park office and partner Dorothy Bolinsky, a real estate attorney, leads the Princeton office.

Chief Marketing Officer Kristin Coda and Chief Technology Officer Daniel McLoughlin are based in Florham Park.
