Jefferson Washington Township Hospital holds the No. 1 spot among top ambulatory care facilities in New Jersey on the latest NJBIZ compilation. Located in Turnersville, the facility recorded 229,109 patient visits in 2025. The hospital was established in 1972 and operates under executive Aaron Chang.
Ranked by the number of patients in 2025, the list was compiled from data provided by the facilities, the New Jersey Department of Health and NJBIZ research.
RWJBarnabas Health Ambulatory Care Center ranks second with 200,000 patient visits. Founded in 1997, the Livingston center is led by Richard Davis, Robert Weitzman and Jennifer Lau.
Established in 1960, Jefferson Cherry Hill Hospital takes third place with 135,146 visits. Wayne Surgical Center LLC in Wayne ranks fourth, reporting 6,583 visits.
CARES Surgicenter LLC rounds out the top five with 6,171 visits. Located in New Brunswick and founded in 1999, the center is led by Kevin Nini, Garrick Stoldt and Hyon Kim.
