Relief Mental Health is proud to announce that David Krasnov, PMHNP‑BC has joined its award‑winning Red Bank team in New Jersey.

Krasnov is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who provides medication management for children (age 7+), adolescents, and adults struggling with depression, anxiety and other issues—offering both in-person care at Relief’s Red Bank clinic and virtual appointments throughout New Jersey. He also administers SPRAVATO® (esketamine) treatment for adults with treatment-resistant depression or depression with suicidal thoughts.

Medication management is the ongoing supervision of psychiatric medications to help patients achieve optimal mental health outcomes. This includes selecting appropriate medications, monitoring their effectiveness and side effects, adjusting dosages as needed, and ensuring coordination with other treatments.

SPRAVATO® (esketamine) is an FDA‑approved nasal spray administered under medical supervision in Relief’s certified clinical setting. It acts rapidly—often relieving depression symptoms within hours to days.
